Dear Members of Misericorde Divine International Association,

“The Divine Mercy message and devotion is the largest grassroots movement in the history of the Catholic Church.”
Inspired by the Great Mercy Pope, the founders of MDIA (Father Thomas and Fabienne Maria) continue their task to make it known that, in the words of Jesus to St. Faustina, “Mankind will not have peace until it turns with trust to My Mercy” (Diary, 300).
There are seven main forms of this devotion :

1. The Divine Mercy image with the specific inscription “Jesus, I trust in you” ; You can ask us Divine Mercy images containing the divine mercy chaplet (through our E. mail : misericordedivineinternational@zohomail.eu ).
2.The commemoration of the Feast of the Divine Mercy Sunday.
3. The recitation of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.
4. The recitation of the Divine Mercy novena.
5. The designation of the Hour of Mercy at 3:00 pm.
6. Spreading mercy by word, deed, or prayer.
7. The spreading of works of mercy to the whole humanity, in preparation for the return of Jesus Christ to Earth.
Ash Wednesday

Next Wednesday, February 26th, is Ash Wednesday, launching us into Lent, our pilgrimage to Easter Sunday and Divine Mercy Sunday.
Ash Wednesday is one of the most popular and important holy days in the liturgical calendar. Ash Wednesday opens Lent, a season of fasting and prayer.
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the Season of Lent. It is a season of penance, reflection, and fasting which prepares us for Christ’s Resurrection on Easter Sunday, through which we attain redemption.
As Roman Catholics, we must fast and abstain from meat on Ash Wednesday, February 26, 2020 and Good Friday, April 10, 2020. Additionally, we must abstain from meat on all Fridays during Lent. All of Lent should be a time of spiritual formation and preparation for Easter.
Each friday of Lent
Each friday of Lent, I invite you to make the stations of the cross according to MDIA one. (see link here : The Way of the Cross -Based on St Faustina’s Diary

Meditation
I invite all of you to meditate during the month of March, on these following words of God.
Turn to any page of St. Faustina’s Diary, and you’ll find spiritual gems.
Once, Jesus said to me, My gaze from this image is like My gaze from the cross (Diary, 326).

I am offering people a vessel with which they are to keep coming for graces to the fountain of mercy. That vessel is this image with the signature: “Jesus, I trust in You” (Diary, 327).
The two rays denote Blood and Water. The pale ray stands for the Water which makes souls righteous. The red ray stands for the Blood which is the life of souls. …
These two rays issued forth from the very depths of My tender mercy when My agonized Heart was opened by a lance on the Cross.
These rays shield souls from the wrath of My Father. Happy is the one who will dwell in their shelter, for the just hand of God shall not lay hold of him (Diary, 299).
I will make this all clear to the superior by means of the graces which I will grant through this image (Diary, 51).
I desire that this image be displayed in public on the first Sunday after Easter. That Sunday is the Feast of Mercy. Through the Word Incarnate, I make known the bottomless depth of My mercy (Diary, 88).
I promise that the soul that will venerate this image will not perish. I also promise victory over [its] enemies already here on earth, especially at the hour of death. I Myself will defend it as My own glory (Diary, 48).
Paint an image according to the pattern you see, with the signature: Jesus, I trust in You. I desire that this image be venerated, first in your chapel, and [then] throughout the world (Diary, 47).
